Each time you go to look at the clock remember that the time is now.
It is now, now, now. Always now. This moment will never be again. Be aware of yourself in this moment. Be 100% present in your breath, in your body, in your awareness. Be present in your situation. This does not mean you need to be happy all of the time but only to be aware of what your emotion is and why it is there. Is there tension in your body? Merely notice it.
This living in the now can be difficult with all of our multi-tasking and deadlines. Through practices like Yoga, Meditation and Reiki you can come closer to living this realization more often but I think this mnemonic clock device will accelerate things a bit. Let me know how you do with it.
