Yoga Therapy
Assisted Stretch

On the surface yoga is a series of physical postures, some simple, some not so simple. The postures (poses/asanas in sanskrit) themselves alone are beneficial to your physical body encouraging a loosening of muscles too long clenched and a stretching of shortened ligaments all too common in our culture of sedentary living. Try it for that benefit alone or go further:
Stay in one pose for a bit. Become ‘comfortable’ there. Watch your breath, consciously bring your breath to certain areas of your body, watch your thoughts. Notice. This next level of yoga will take you places you must go in order to move authentically forward in your life and health.

I will guide you gently in these 2 facets of yoga either just prior to your Reiki session which prepares you nicely to have a deeper Reiki experience. And/or we can practice Yoga independently of Reiki depending on your needs and desires. During Yoga,  if you consent, I may make slight adjustments to your body by positioning you directly with my hands.
